This latest report in the Telegraph is cause for everyone to 'nag' the Government and, whilst I do not wish to 'stirr up' more trouble for them than they deserve, it also needs to be pointed out to them that they must 'rein in' their attempts to control everything. This latest attempt to raise more money must surely be realised, even by them, as a 'bit' too much regulation.
This latest 'idea' is supposed to be 'part of a new regime for preventing outbreaks of disease like foot and mouth and bluetongue'. Is it illogical to think that if the animal is going to catch foot & mouth, or whatever, it is going to catch the illness/disease and no matter what bureaucracy you put it place will not stop it happening?
It really is time this government learned that running the country is a serious business and it is not a subject with which to 'horse around'!

I think the mane reason you posted this was as an excuse for puns. You're always hoofing around.
Actually, its because the idea is a night mare, saddling us with more regulation. They just keep trotting out with the same old rubbish and need to get the country into a more stable condition, instead of jockeying for a better position in the opinion polls!
