Tories campaigning for the disabled vote

Conservative MP, Andrew Rosindale, is in a bit of hot water after his 4x4 was pictured parking up in a disabled parking bay in London.

The Conservative Party said "the driver was unaware of any inconvenience caused directly by this, however we apologise if this was not the case". So they know the driver was unaware of any inconvenience caused by apologise if he wasn't aware? Sounds like they need to get their story straight.
