Conservative MP due in High Court over harassment claim
Conservative MP, Caroline Nokes, is due to appear in the High Court along with former lobbyist Adrian Yalland to answer a harassment and assault civil claim by Fathers4Justice founder Matt O'Connor.
Nokes is accused of aiding and abetting Yalland in harassing O'Connor and his wife, unlawful trespass, assault, breach of privacy, causing injury and stalking.
