Medway Conservative councillor defect to UKIP

Medway Conservative councillor, Peter Rodberg, has defected to UKIP.

Cllr Rodberg opposes the building of 5,000 houses on a bird sanctuary and says that the only way he can fight for local residents is with UKIP.
