Sefton Conservative councillor caught with porn on council laptop again

A Conservative councillor in Sefton has been caught with porn on his council laptop for the second time.

Cllr Peter Papworth took his laptop to a council contractor reporting that it was running slow and his browsing history showed that he was browsing porn on the laptop on a regular basis.

Cllr Papworth has been removed from all council committees and has had his council IT equipment removed until May next year.
