British government has lost 77% of cases in the EU Court of Injustice

The British government have lost 77% of cases at the EU Court of Injustice since the UK handed control of our courts to the EU in 1973.

Out of 131 cases the UK has been involved in, the British government have won just 30 and they're losing more often. Since David Cameron became Prime Minister the UK has lost 16 of 20 cases.
