Maidenhead Conservative councillor apologises for saying travellers should be executed

A Conservative councillor in Maidenhead has apologised after suggesting that executing travellers as a way of moving them on more quickly.

Cllr Alan Mellins says that he didn't mean for his comments to be taken seriously and that it doesn't reflect his views.
