UKIP councillor elected mayor of Northallerton Town Council

UKIP councillor, Claire Palmer, has been elected mayor of Northallerton Town Council.

Cllr Palmer is a UKIP councillor on both the town council and Hambleton District Council and UKIP's first mayor in North Yorkshire.
