English Democrats slaying the UKIP dragon?

The English Democrats got 70 votes in Eastleigh, finishing behind the Beer, Baccy and Crumpet Party, the Monster Raving Loony Party (again) and the Elvis Loves Pets Party.  Any English patriots who are fed up of wasting their time with this useless lot should follow the example set by so many of their former colleagues and contact their local UKIP branch.  There is only one way an English Parliament is going to get on the agenda in Westminster and that's through UKIP MPs.

Membership is not available to anyone who is or has previously been a member of the British National Party, National Front, British Freedom Party, British People's Party, English Defence League, Britain First or the UK First Party. Spot on. EDP are out of touch with the voters. They do not look after the people of England
Best laugh I've had in ages, that picture. The look on the dragon's face as the little latent Tesco burger invites it outside for a bundle. LOL!
it's about time that the sensible EDP people came over to us and joined the real liberation movement
I wonder why people haven't left the EDP in droves UKIP then Kev? maybe that's because its been pointed out that UKIP have a few problems themselves as they are still many in the party that are anti-English? We offered to work together with UKIP in Salford for the mayoral campaign - UKIP sat on the fence. Still no sign of any recognition of the people of England from UKIP in any form of policy document and its not even listed on your regions page on the website. http://www.ukip.org/regions

They have been joining UKIP in droves - all the main activists have left the EDP and joined UKIP already. You won't get cooperation between UKIP and the EDP, largely thanks to your inept leadership and the takeover of the party by BNP members and other racists and fascists. And England won't appear on the regions page because it's a country, not a region. The regions page is for the euroregions on which the party has to base itself so it can produce regional lists for EU elections. UKIP's devolution policy is even further reaching than the English Democrats' official policy.
There is no BNP takeover, English Democrats have taken in lots of people from various parties, even UKIP have former BNP members and have had former BNP stand as candidates even after their ban had come into place in fact some of those former BNP have been allowed to stay in UKIP after the ban so if UKIP accept that people can change their mind then you should also accept that for other parties too. As for the regions page, why list Scotland (country) and Wales (also a country) should they be broken down into their regions too?

43% of EDP candidates in the last English local elections were former BNP members. They make up a large proportion of the active membership and the BNP lot are right in at the top running election campaigns and sending out the begging letters.

I only know of one former BNP member who was allowed to stay in UKIP and that was because he joined them when he was 14 when he didn't know better.

Scotland and Wales are euroregions as well as countries. Surely you should know this sort of thing if you want to play politics with the grown ups?
So basically what you mean is that your not allowed to change your mind (if your former BNP that is) at all and even if you denounce what you stood for before. Every candidate that stands with the English Democrats has signed up to our policies and each candidate is vetted individually. Surely if the the lad who was former BNP then joined UKIP whatever his age should have been banned too, that's double standards. Alistair Barbour was former BNP My hubby and I interviewed him, He turned out to be an excellent choice for us at the time. But UKIP wouldn't have given him a chance.

Some of these "reformed characters" have started sloping back to the BNP of late.
