Who says turkeys don't vote for Christmas?

Labour have won the contest to replace disgraced former Police & Commissioner, Shaun Wright, who was forced to resign for his part in covering up the sexual abuse of 1,400 vulnerable children in Rotherham.

The Labour-run council covered up the child abuse because they didn't want to be accused of racism and Shaun Wright was in charge of social services at the time. He resigned to become Police & Crime Commissioner where the police continued to ignore the repeated reports of organised paedophile gangs and the criminal negligence of the council under his watch.

With such a low turnout, this vote was a bit of an irrelevancy compared to the upcoming Rochester and Strood election. However, if you do want to win over Labour voters to UKIP, it is hardly going to happen by comparing them to Turkeys voting for Christmas and the Labour Party to a Paedophile Protection Party. After all, it badly backfired for the Tories when Ukippers were dismissed as cranks and gadflies. Let's not adopt their methods.

You make a fair point Joy, but so does the author...

The electorate need to wake up, exercise a few brain cells and stop voting for the same old brands of corrupt, self-serving career politicians whose main interest seems to be protecting their own positions...

Labour must be referred to as the Paedophile Protection Party ,over and over again and must never be allowed a moments respite , it was they who connived in the cover up along with their friends in South Yorkshire Police ,anxious to preserve their postal vote and hide the consequences of their deliberately ruinous mass immigration policies that did so much to rub the noses of eleven year old girls in diversity.
