A Romanian sex offender is to be deported for a second time after receiving a prison sentence for assaulting his housemate.

After moving to the UK he was convicted of a number of sex offences and put in prison again. After two years in Highgate prison he was deported but returned shortly afterwards using his own passport and the authorities only noticed when he was arrested for assaulting his housemate and threatening him with a broken bottle a couple of weeks ago.
