Coalition with Labour? Not a chance!
There has been some disquiet amongst UKIP supporters today following Nigel Farage's comments in the press about the possibility of UKIP forming a coalition with Labour after the next election.
Peter Mandelson, who isn't allowed to criticise the EU otherwise he'll lose his very generous pension, said:
With people like the disgraced communist Peter Mandelson - and there are many, many disgraceful communists in the Labour Party - they are no more likely to hold an in/out referendum on membership of the EU than the Tories are and any mention of electoral deals in exchange for one is just Farage spreading dissent in their ranks.
Farage didn't actually say that UKIP was open to forming a coalition with Labour or anybody following the election in 2015 but the papers ran with the story anyway. What he said was that following the election, "UKIP may well be needed in a coalition" and said that there is no way he could work with David Cameron.
The views of the membership on a coalition have been made pretty clear over the past year or so as the prospect of UKIP gaining representation in the House of Commons has come tantalisingly close. The Lib Dems have shown what happens when you abandon your principals for a sniff at power and there is no desire amongst the membership or the leadership of the party to do the same. UKIP MPs may support a minority government in exchange for some key concessions but a coalition would be political suicide.
Peter Mandelson, who isn't allowed to criticise the EU otherwise he'll lose his very generous pension, said:
Beginning 2013 by placing this large and indefinite question mark over our membership of the EU, and all the trade and investment privileges it brings us, can only be described as economically insane

Mandelson says UK will join Euro
Peter Mandelson (I won't call him Lord Mandelson, a man without honour doesn't deserve an honourary title) says that the UK will join the Euro.
Important objective for who Mandy? Not for me and not for the vast majority of the electorate who would rather return to bartering with livestock than replace the pound with the Euro.
Nobody in their right mind would willingly abandon the pound and adopt a currency that's run by and for France and Germany. But then Mandy isn't in his right mind, not by a long shot. The man's an utter fruitcake - like most eurofederalists his mind doesn't inhabit the same planet his body does.
Of course, Mandy's suggestion that we should adopt the Euro might have something to do with the fact that he risks losing his very generous taxpayer-funded EU pension if he fails to promote the European Empire.
Does it remain an important objective for Britain to find itself in the same currency as that single market in which it interacts? Obviously yes.

No one can serve two masters, because either he will hate one and love the other, or be loyal to one and despise the other.Mandelson serves two masters - the British government and the European Empire. So where does his loyalty lie and who does he love and hate? I think we all know the answer to that question.

Tom Wise arrested for fraud
Former UKIP MEP, Tom Wise, and his former researcher have been arrested after the CPS advised Bedfordshire Police to charge them with false accounting and money laundering.
Wise was expelled from UKIP in 2007 after evidence of corruption was revealed and has been an independent ever since but even though he's been an independent MEP for 2 years, the papers are still publishing pictures of him with a UKIP rosette.
Membership of the European Empire isn't the only major difference between UKIP and the dishonest LibLabCon coalition - UKIP kicks crooked politicians out of the party, the LibLabCon coalition promotes them.
Caroline Spelman was Shadow Deputy Prime Minister - a non-job as there is no Deputy Prime Minister - when she was found guilty of expenses fraud and has since been "promoted" to a real job of Shadow Minister for
Communities and Local Government.
And then there's Peter Mandelson who has twice resigned from the British government in disgrace and is still mired in sleaze and corruption allegations has not only been promoted back into the Cabinet of all the Talentless, but has even been given a peerage as reward for being as bent as a nine euro note.
Meanwhile, UKIP - the mainstream party that can least afford to lose MEPs - has expelled two MEPs since the last EU elections over fraud allegations. There is, sadly, only one honest party this side of the channel and that's UKIP.

The Propaganda offensive starts ...
The BBC have just had Peter Mandelson on the Breakfast programme to talk about the strikes and the British government's plan is now clear.
Gordon Brown has already talked about how the strikers are irresponsible and said that they should go back to work and then talked about stuff that was of no relevance to the strikers' complaints. Now Mandelson has done the same.
They've both been talking about the "benefits" of the EU laws that are responsible for the strikers' complaints, the "benefits" being that we can go elsewhere on the continent to work. They've both said that the claims that UK workers are being banned from jobs are false - of course they are, that's not one of the complaints of the strikers. They've also said that claims that Italian workers brought in to work on the Lindsey refinery are working for less than minimum wage is false but it's not the the wage they're being paid that's the problem, it's the fact that they're here at all while local workers are being made redundant.
Alan Johnson, the English Health Secretary, went off message yesterday and suggested that ECJ rulings on EU employment law have been unhelpful. This prompted a spokesman for the British government to say that they might legally challenge the rulings, a futile activity that would waste millions of pounds of taxpayers money and take years if it ever happened which, of course, it won't.
The British government have called in ACAS to mediate which is another expensive and futile activity - membership of the EU is the cause of the problem and ACAS neither have the power to repeal the European Communities Act or force the British government to do so. The only thing the British government can do - and they will do this in the next day or two - is abuse anti-terrorism laws to break the strikers up just like they did with the protesting lorry drivers a few years ago.
Nick Clegg has taken the opportunity to defend his beloved EU, saying that there are more people from the UK living and working in the EU than EU citizens working in the UK like this has any relevance whatsoever to the current situation. Of course there are more people from the UK living in the EU than peopel form the EU living in the UK - the EU covers most of the continent whereas the UK is a couple of islands. Clegg said "If every EU country followed suit, we would have to cope with a massive influx of British people who work overseas". If anyone can untangle that sentence to figure out what point he's trying to make (how can "we" have an influx of people leaving the country?) please let me know.
The Tories have also got in on the act although not, as you would hope from Her Majesty's Loyal (stop sniggering) Opposition, by giving the British government a kicking and proposing their own solution. No, William Hague has said that the Tories strongly support the free movement of labour within the EU which, of course, means that the Tories strongly support the UK remaining in the EU.
The only people making any sense in all this are UKIP. Farage said "'British jobs for British workers' will only happen when Britain is run by and for Britons." That's rather uncannily like what I said on Friday - "UKIP is the only major party committed to leaving the EU and running our country by ourselves, for ourselves." I wonder if Nigel reads Bloggers4UKIP ...
