You can use the NHS logo ... but only if you support the Labour Party?

The Department of Health threatened the Vote Leave campaign with legal action last week for using the NHS logo in leaflets about the NHS. Guido has found 8 campaigns that haven't been threatened with legal action for using the NHS logo ...
  • Unite the Union
One of the militant left wing trade unions that control the Labour Party
  • Protect our NHS
Left wing campaign group linked to 38 Degrees
  • 38 Degrees
Left wing campaign group linked to the Lib Dems and Labour
  • Keep our NHS Public
Campaign group set up by doctors
  • The Socialist Party
    Far left Marxist political party
  • Momentum NHS
Far left group of Corbynites in the Labour Party
  • London Labour
    Left wing political party
  • Tom Watson
    Labour MP for West Brom
  • Steve Coogan
Left wing actor and Labour Party supporter
It seems that you can only use the NHS logo when you're talking about the NHS if you're campaigning for more money for the NHS whilst supporting the EU and Labour Party.

ASLEF trade union will campaign to leave the EU

The train driver's union, Aslef, is the latest trade union to come out against the EU.

Aslef have adopted a policy of opposing membership of the EU on the proviso that they don't campaign alongside "any of the racist, misogynist xenophobes of Ukip and the like".

Trade unions only manage to get 20 sockpuppets to protest UKIP conference in Doncaster

Just 20 anti-UKIP "protesters" bothered to turn up to the UKIP conference in Doncaster this weekend. The Labour-supporting Mirror newspaper asked the "protesters" why they were there and even helpfully took some paper and a marker pen so the "protesters" could write signs for the photoshoot.

Only one of the "protesters" admitted their political affiliation and the Mirror failed to point out that the whole thing was staged by trade unions, despite the big Unison banner and the "protesters" wearing t-shirts for trade union front organisations.

The first member of the "hardcore band" featured on the Mirror website is Dave Banks who describes his job as "I do car boots". Dave is actually the sales manager for Studio Bentley and a Trade Unions & Socialists Against Cuts Party (TUSC) activist. Dave was part of TUSC candidate, Mev Akram's campaign team during this year's election.

And on the subject of Mev Akram, she was the only member of the "hardcore band" who admitted to being a TUSC candidate. She teaches "skills for life" at the Northern Racing College and describes UKIP as "racist filth". Comrade Mev told potential voters that the TUSC gets all its funding from "people like me and you" but according to the Electoral Commission they accepted £81,000 in cash donations from the Socialist Party and the Socialist Alliance, both of which receive all their funding for one or two wealthy individuals.

Tim Jones also appears on the list. He gives his job as "mental health campaigner" and says that UKIP are "not welcome in Doncaster" and that "racists devides[sic] humanity". Tim is a member of the Sheffield Socialist Party and the TUSC Party which he was a candidate for in this year's local elections.

Jane Sharp says she's "unemployed due to disability" but according to her Facebook profile she's on a Workfare placement at Phoenix Enterprises, a not-for-profit company that aims to increase employability of people who lack useful skills. She is also a member of the Socialist Workers Party and hopes somebody punches Katie Hopkins in the face.

Stephen Porter only appears to be bothered about UKIP challenging the Labour Party in Doncaster. A bit strange as he's a member of rival left wing party, Yorkshire First. He is a member of the trade union sockpuppet, Hope not Hate and supports the EU In Campaign. He told the Mirror that he's a chef but according to his Facebook profile he's just a kitchen assistant at the Earl of Doncaster Hotel. He thinks that newspapers printing biased stories should be illegal but thinks buying pirate DVDs off his mates for a quid is fine.

Ann Bayley describes herself as a "home educator to [her] 7 children". She omitted to mention that she was also a TUSC Party candidate in the local elections. She came last.

Zak Cochrane is a member of Love Music Hate Racism, Rock Against Racism, Stand up to UKIP (described as "a leading activist") and Stand up to Racism - all trade union sponsored organisations. Love Music Hate Racism is run by a convicted criminal who was accused of raping a 14 year old girl. He's also a member of the left wing black supremacist think tank, Institute for Race Relations and a Marxist revolutionary. He goes into schools and colleges to tell children that UKIP is fascist which is, of course, illegal propaganda.

Lani Ball is a Peace & Development Studies student at Leeds Beckett, a Labour Party activist and a member of trade union sockpuppet, Hope not Hate, which is paid by the unions to attack UKIP to try and combat the party's threat to the Labour Party.

The other 11 "protesters" aren't named by the Mirror but all of those who are have strong links to political parties and trade unions. In the group shot you can see a large Unison banner behind these trade unionist political activists.

The Mirror is running a poll on the article asking if UKIP is racist. They must be disappointed that the majority of people have answered no despite the link being shared around left wing extremist groups on social media.

Hope not Hate launch anti-UKIP leaflet for trade unionists

Fake charity Hope not Hate are selling an anti-UKIP leaflet marketed at trade unionists as part of their trade union funded political campaign against UKIP.

The leaflet comes a year after Hope not Hate asked readers of their UKIP attack blog if the supposed anti-fascist organisation should target UKIP even though the party isn't fascist and concluded that there was no mandate to do so. According to their accounts lodged with the Electoral Commission, tax dodging Hope not Hate is funded almost entirely by trade unions with most of their big donations coming at election times for political campaigning.

Earlier this month Hope not Hate sent out an email begging for money to pay for their anti-UKIP campaign. Presumably there wasn't enough money left from the donations after paying Nick Lowles' salary because they're charging prospective pedlars of hate £20 +P&P for 1,000 copies of their propaganda leaflet.

Malicious lies from anti-UKIP campaign Hope not Hate

Trade union front organisation, Hope not Hate, has given up any pretence of non-partisanship and is openly attacking UKIP.

Nick Lowles: Bought and sold
with union gold
Hope not Hate claims to be an anti-fascist campaign group with no political axe to grind but it is funded almost entirely by trade unions and has admitted that UKIP isn't a fascist organisation and therefore shouldn't be targeting UKIP. Hope not Hate is running a political campaign against UKIP on behalf of the trade unions. They even have an attack blog called Purple Rain which is devoted to campaigning against UKIP.

Hope not Hate claimed yesterday that a former Labour Party branch chairman in Dudley who has defected to UKIP is a former BNP member. They have seen the same name Steve Daniels on the BNP membership list which was leaked a few years ago and made an understandable assumption that it was him as the address is the same. However, if they'd asked for clarification before posting a libellous article on their attack blog they'd have been told that Steve Daniels has a son also called Steve Daniels who used to be a BNP member living at the same address. Hope not Hate have been told about their mistake but from experience there is little hope of a correction.

On Tuesday another post on their Purple Rain attack blog claims that an ex-National Front member has been made chair of Boston & Skegness branch with a picture of Cllr Victoria Ayling and some quotes from the widely condemned and refuted Daily Mail smear against her. Hope not Hate's selective quoting makes it appear there is no doubt about the claims when Cllr Ayling has denied being an active member of the NF and said that she had some involvement with them in the 70s as research for a degree course.

In an email newsletter sent out yesterday begging for money to fund their anti-UKIP campaign, the man who profits from their trade union funding, Nick Lowles, said:
At this weekend's party conference, they tried to remove journalists from a fringe meeting on Sharia Law. They didn't want the public to see their true colours -- and sure enough one of the first questions asked was, "How can you be both a Muslim and an English man?"
What Lowles fails to mention of course is that this wasn't a question asked by the fringe organisers, it was a question from the audience and the rest of audience booed and jeered the man who asked the question. UKIP is quite happy to shows it true colours - the reaction of the audience shows that the implication that you can't be English and Muslim is something that UKIPpers don't agree with even if the British government says you can't be - but Lowles and his trade union paymasters instead prefer to mislead the public to help their election campaign on behalf of the Labour Party.
UKIP won't reveal their true agenda to voters. That's up to us. Make a £25 donation now to help us expose the extremist views they're trying to hide.

The more supporters like you chip in, the more leaflets we can deliver, the more ads we can run, the more campuses we can visit -- the more hope we can spread.
And here we see why Lowles and his trade union paymasters are lying and defaming UKIP members - they're trying to raise funds for a leaflet and advertising campaign attacking UKIP and judging by the fact that tax dodging Hope not Hate is asking for £25 a time in donations they must be planning to spend big.

Hope not Hate's new-found obsession with UKIP isn't ideological in any way, it's purely financial. Like any self-respecting communist, Nick Lowles makes a lot of money out of his political career and that money is only going to keep coming while there is an "enemy" to fight. For the trade union money, the enemy is anyone who challenges Labour. For government money (they get a lot of our taxes as well) the enemy is anyone Lowles calls a fascist or racist.

Hope not Hate: union sockpuppets

Because Hope not Hate is a political campaign group and not the grass roots campaign it claims to be, they have to declare donations over £500 to the Electoral Commission.

Let's have a look at who pays Hope not Hate's bills ...

DonorAmountYear
Anonymous (Total of £500+ donations)£15,7502004/05
Anonymous (EU elections)£7,5002004
Anonymous (EU elections)£49,0852009/10
Anonymous (EU elections)£16,2932009
Joseph Rowntree Trust£9,7502004
Unison£19,5002005
Joseph Rowntree Trust£11,0252005
TUC£9,0002005
Amicus£10,0002005
Unison£80,0002009
Fire Brigade Union£8,5002009
Unite£13,2502009
GMB£8,0002009
Unite£65,0002009
Joseph Rowntree Trust£42,5002009
Henry Tinsley£10,2502009
National Union of Teachers£60,0002010
Unite£10,0002010
Unison£70,0002010
Malik Karim£27,5002010

Henry Tinsley is a Lib Dem and board member of left wing lobbyists 38 Degrees who is currently campaigning against the British governments botched attempts to tackle political lobbying by people like him and the organisations he's backing.  We aren't aware of Malik Karim's background at this time.  Every other donation over £500 that hasn't been anonymised is from the trades unions and left wing lobbyists Joseph Rowntree Trust.

You'll note that their big donations are all made during election campaigns - the 2004 EU elections, the 2005 general election, the 2009 EU elections and the 2010 general election.  Hope not Hate's main line of business is political campaigning on behalf of the trades unions and the Labour Party which is why their attacks on UKIP started when by-election results started showing that UKIP are as much of a challenge to the Labour Party as we are to the Tories and Lib Dems.

Hope not Hate may have started out intending to be a grass roots anti-fascist campaign group but it's nothing more than a front for the Labour Party and trades unions.  Proscribing the organisation as a majority of members at this year's conference voted to do would be daft but every time Hope not Hate launch a politically-motivated attack on UKIP the party should respond by reminding the press that Hope not Hate is a political front organisation doing what they're being paid to do by their paymasters.

UKIP candidate forced to withdraw after union threatens his wife

A UKIP candidate in Swansea was forced to withdraw his nomination for a by-election held on Thursday after his wife was threatened by a union rep in her office.

The unnamed (for obvious reasons) candidate's agent posted the following comment on the English Elections website:
The reason that there is no UKIP candidate in the Llansamlet election is because the intended candidate pulled out the day before nominations closed after claiming that after his wife mentioned in work (a university library I'm told) that her husband was thinking of standing for UKIP.

She claims that she was visited by the workplace Unison rep who advised her that it would be the end of her career enhancement prospects if he stood.
The unions are getting more and more out of control as the disastrous ConDem coalition clings on for dear life and their attempts to return their Labour Party puppet back to power are frustrated.  The Labour Party have reported their biggest donor, the trade union Unite, to the police for (allegedly) fraudulently signing up their members to the Labour Party's Falkirk branch so they can get their chosen candidate selected for an upcoming by-election.

All over the country the unions are trying to agitate their members into taking industrial action for more money and less work.  They have become further detached from reality than they have been for a long time and if we're not carefully we'll see a return to the bad old days before Maggie broke the unions where the country ground to a halt every few weeks, electricity was rationed, the streets were full of uncollected rubbish and workers crossing picket lines being physically attacked and on at least one occasion, killed.

The unions think they should run the country as the self-appointed representatives of the working man.  They don't believe in democracy, their only interest in voting is to validate what they have already decided should happen.  Ed Miliband won't rein in the unions because they installed him as leader of the Labour Party - he lost the popular vote of the Labour Party membership to his brother but won the contest with the massive and anti-democratic union block vote.

He who pays the piper calls the tune and Ed Miliband will dance to Len McCluskey's song of choice for as long as he keeps laundering millions of pounds of taxpayers' money through his union to the Labour Party.

Austerity? What austerity?

Thousands of people attended anti-government protests organised by the taxpayer-funded trade unions against "austerity" yesterday.

Cost/Benefit analysis of
yesterday's protests
In Greece, where the Greek government has implemented a severe austerity package mandated by the EU, they've seen budget cuts equivalent to 1.5% of GDP, minimum wage decreased, 30k civil servants suspended on reduced wage, new property taxes, new ex-pat property taxes, permanent budget oversight by the EU, EU Central Bank and IMF, all international aid apart from compulsory payments into the EU bailout fund stopped and unemployment has reached 22%.

Here, every government budget has been increased, minimum wage has increased, the number of civil servants is decreasing at the same rate as they have since Labour started cutting them in 2005 and international aid has been increased to maintain position as second largest aid donor in the world.
